Bezel right side seems slightly different

The bottom of the bezel, the part covering the hinge, seems to rest a little lower on the right side than the left. On the picture with the bezel on, you can see it leaves less of a gap between it and the metallic input cover.

It does also do the commonly reported quirk, where the bottom right corner of the bezel’s square raises up very slightly at certain angles.

Do the cables look seated well enough? Is it safe to just ignore these two oddities?

Check how the cables on the right hand side are routed, the hinge replacement guide has decent pictures: Hinge Replacement Guide - Framework Guides. It looks like perhaps they need to make more of a hard turn where they enter the bottom part of the machine, but I am no expert. Best of luck!

You want to make sure the bezel fit properly first, before putting the input cover on. Reason is that the bezel side is less forgiving…meaning you need to get the cable right on that side of the hinge first. Once the bezel fits, then you can deal with the cable on the input cover side of the hinge…relatively more forgiving.
