When I open the lid all the way out, the bottom right corner of the bezel seems to pop up and makes a clicking noise when I close it. I’m able to push it back in while its extended, but it pops back out again after closing and re-opening it.
It sounds like the cables that route through the right hinge are pulling at the Bezel. Could you open the C cover and check if the cables in that area seem out of alignment?
Were you able to fix this issue? I am having this problem with my unit as well.
It sorta just stopped happening after a week of normal use. I posted this the day after I got mine and haven’t encountered it again since that week.
I had this same issue and after following this guide Bezel Replacement Guide - Framework Guides to remove the bezel I notices a minuscule shard of metal on the magnet in that corner. So for future reference if anyone has a similar issue check the area carefully and make sure to fully remove any unwanted materials.
