Just happened twice within a few minutes. I’m just googling stuff and the screen goes black. Hit the power button and I get the log in screen but it’s frozen. Wait a minute or so then try again and I can log in but it blacks out again within a few minutes. It has done the same once or twice before, first time within a few months perhaps, after a couple of years of ownership, but not in quick succession. It’s now done it 5 or 6 times just this afternoon. When it blacks out and tapping Space bar or Power button opens Log In page the cursor is dead - I can make the password visible or not, select menus in the top right of screen, etc but I can’t enter password. Force shut down and restart is ok but what’s going on?
Also, pages sometimes take an age to load - 20-30 seconds sometimes - while I’ve got 250Mbps on a Starlink connection.. possible to say if is this a Chrome issue, an FW issue, etc?

Using the info I was able to gather from the template we provide with each new post, first stand out is you have not updated in sometime if using .2 vs .3. Settings, System should show you at 24.04.3. We want to verify you are as close to current as possible. So if able (and I know this is hard if it is going black, to try to fresh boot and immediately get your system current.
Then reboot immediately after. If this looks like it is not going to be possible to get yourself current or it just continues to black screen, please open a support ticket and my team would be happy to take a look.
