BTLE versions supported by FW13 12th Gen Intel?

I barely know how to spell Bluetooth. It arrived long after I stopped doing IT and started managing IT doers and the expectations of business owners. In my experience of owning and using things that connect using BT, it has been indistinguishable from magic. Until now.

I bought a new BT mouse because the old one was malfunctioning (in the electro-mechanical domain). The new mouse is effectively invisible to my FW13. Either it is not radiating or it is doing so in a manner that’s not recognised by the BT stack.
In arriving at this conclusion I have learned a lot about bluetoothctl and btmon. Using these tools I can “see” the malfunctioning mouse (and my next-door neighbour’s Apple TV). I cannot see the new mouse.

The specs page for the Logitech M196 tell me it uses BTLE 5.0. I’ve searched the Frame.work knowledgebase and this forum. I can’t find anything that defines the BTLE versions supported by my FW13.

If you’re reading this and you can point me at a definitive reference I’ll be grateful.

I managed to answer my own question. Details below for anyone who surfaces this thread in the future.

All variants of the FW13 released to date–which obviously includes the 12th Gen Intel–support Bluetooth 5.2. This is documented in a table titled Laptop Technical Information in this fine manual.
