Recently ordered an nvidia graphics module to go with my laptop 16. The first one shipped unfortunately didn’t work. Fortunately after a bit of back and forward with testing things it was decided by Framework that you’d send me a replacement. Now, unless I’m much mistaken, unless there has been a massive rework to the unit, the parcel coming out of Netherlands should not under any circumstances weigh 9.3 kg. Also you missed off the customs information, so I need someone with authority to update the courier so I can get my parcel, assuming that is, that it’s a misskey and it should read 0.93kg and you have indeed only sent 1 and not 10.
EDIT; ok so apparently most of the customs info was included. Courier has sent me what they have and honestly I’m scratching my head over what’s missing. Sent the courier an email asking them what precisely is missing from all the info they sent me as it looks complete. That said there does now appear to be a weight discrepancy. Customs form says 1.1kg, courier says 2.2kg, customs says 9.3kg….
