Cannot remove items from my bag

I am trying to buy another Framework 13 for our company. I was comparing configurations, so I have 3 different configurations in my bag.

I am now trying to remove two of those configurations, but I can’t remove any items from my bag.
When I click “remove”, the spinner on the checkout button just keeps spinning and nothing happens.
When I refresh the page and click remove again, it gives me a “Something went wrong” toast message.

It looks very similar to this issue from 2001: Could not remove item from shopping bag

Can you update the quantity value to equal 0?

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately that doesn’t work. The (minus) - button is grayed out if the quantity = 1 and the text box is not editable. :slightly_frowning_face:

Have you contacted FW support?
On this community forum, you only get help from other users like me.

Yup, found the proper link a few minutes after I posted this.
I was under the impression that FW employees monitored these forums as well. Anyway, thanks for your help and replies.

Framework employees do read and post in the forums sometimes. But it is primarily intended to be a community forum. So there is no guarantee they will see things here. You can tag specific employees, but even that doesn’t guarantee a response.
