Order changes — phone number?


I need to remove a couple of parts from my pre-order, so I sent an e-mail to support@frame.work the other day but never received a response. Is there a number that I call to talk to an order specialist?

In case it doesn’t come through again, the components that I want to remove are the SSD and RAM. (I found them on sale at Amazon.) Thanks!
