Charging and the expansion ports

I notice, particularly with the DIY option, that you can select 4 expansion cards and the UBS-C is not mandatory. But presumably because the laptop charges with USB-C you would NEED at least 1 USB-C expansion card to even charge it. Or does it come with 1 USB-C + the 4 other expansion ports.

And on the subject of this, why would you limit these expansion ports to a single USB-C? It looks large enough to support at least 2. (not complaining, just curious)

Since all the expansion cards plug into an usb-c port you can also charge the laptop without any card installed

You should always order at least 1 USB-C expansion card for charging. We are going to fix the ordering process to note this.
