Hello, i have quite a major problem. When I’m running linux, the system doesn’t cool. It gets so hot after a while, that the keyboard is nearly untouchable. I have the system on dualboot, and on windows it works just fine. I can’t find anything on the internet, so I’m hoping that someone here can help me

I would recommend testing it on an official distro like Fedora and see if the issue persists. That would give you some clues.

As far as I’m aware though, the fans are controlled by the EC/BIOS, and have almost nothing to do with the OS, so it shouldn’t be an issue to begin with. If they don’t spin when running fedora, that’d by my sign to submit a support ticket.
