dBrand Skins - Ordering the Right Kit

FW 13/16 Users:

I made this mistake, kinda, and wanted to make sure you don’t.

I visited the dBrand website and looked for skins for my Intel Ultra pre-order recently. When you visit the FW 13 or 16 page they are grouped into two categories. Premium at the top and Standard at the bottom. Premium only comes with the top screen cover and (and optional touchpad sticker for 16"). I assume poorly that for the FW model they didn’t make full wraps, just the top cover sticker. So I purchased a Premium cover skin only. Later I saw a picture with a full wrap on it. I went back to the dBrand website and looked at the lower category of Standard skins. The STANDARD version contains the ‘full wrap’. I believe the cost of each is about the same. $39ish US Dollars.?. So you can order just the standard full wrap and also order a premium top cover to stand-out. The Premium skin with the internals showing is pretty cool. I ended up ordering the Standard full wrap and the Premium ‘internals’ skin for both my 13 pre-order Intel Ultra and my existing 16 AMD laptops.

Thanx,

That is how it is. Some skins have “full laptop” skins (top, bottom, keyboard, touchpad) and the more special ones usually come only with the top and bottom skins (and maybe with touchpad skin).

I had a premium in my dBrand cart, deliberating, so thanks for this.
