Dock only works when bypassing USBC Card Manjaro

I have a Dell USBC dock. When it is plugged into the Framework 16 laptop via the USBC expansion card, everything except one monitor works. When I remove the USBC expansion card and plug it directly into the laptop, everything works just fine.

Not sure what to do here as I don’t see how this could be an issue with anything except my USBC expansion card. I only got one when I purchased the laptop, so I don’t have another expansion card to test with.

Did you try moving the card to the other side? The USB c expansion cards are just pass through. If it does the same behavior in the other slot, the expansion card may be bad.

If this is an amd board, only use the back two ports.
