Egpu rtx 5060 ti => error 43

So a follow up on this topic i created Cutting the back of the case to make space for oculink port . I was successful in making a cutout with the help of @Jason_Sharrad . So my setup is as followed i have a egpu dock from minisforum, the deg 1. together with my rtx 5060 ti gpu and a seasonic psu. i plug the oculink cable that comes with the deg 1, into the deg 1 and the other end into my framework desktop (eop4a minisforum card with redriver chip). when i start up the desktop (first power on the egpu then the pc) i will recognize the card in device manager. i have installed the nvidia drivers an all is good on that front but when i want to plug in a hdmi or dp cable into the egpu i get errors like. Now i have google the issue and there is a fix for the error 43 ( [SCRIPT] nvidia-error43-fixer | M.2, mPCIe, Expresscard eGPU ) which is basically downloading a bat file and running it as admin but it does not seem to want to work for me. any help would be much appreciated
