Expansion card template for TYPEC-950-ARP24 socket

Hi! After having issues with NextPCB’s basic quoting services due to minimum clearance of 0.4mm at V-CUT of panelized boards and consulting engineer there, I have designed an expansion card template with TYPEC-950-ARP24.

Fixed size. 38x26 when TYPE-C included. Now it should fit perfectly to existing framework expansion card cases
