Fan replacement issue/compatible fan?

Hi all

My framework 16’ fans (1st gen) are both dead, and it seems the European store doesn’t have replacement for the left fan.
Does anyone there have a solution or found other 3rd party / fit in the fan ?
It’s been over a month and the left fan was not restocked (the one that died first) and my right fan just died. I fear that without any fan, my laptop will not be useable to do work :frowning:
It feels kinda ironic knowing that on previous laptop I had, finding a new fan wasn’t such a hassle.

You are in Europe, so should have 2 years of warranty. Contact support, this should be covered unless there is physical damage to the fans.

Yes, definitely file a support claim and use your warranty while it’s good

I’m coming up fast on having the same problem and would really like to be able to just stockpile a few, given that fan wear is almost universally the most life-limiting component. I can swap the graphics module out for the expansion bay shell for now, but do we have any idea if they’ll ever be in stock again?

Also been having this issue. An estimate on restock dates or alternatives would be much appreciated

The FW16 GPU Fans looks like they are back in stock now.
