I had the same issue on a fresh install of Fedora 43 sway on a brand new FW13 AMD Ryzen 5 7640U.
Amazingly it seems that moving the HDMI port has helped. I moved it from front left to front right.

I have this issue at the moment, Manjaro Linux KDE with kernel 6.12.63-1 (Arch LTS) and BIOS version 3.16. I have no HDMI port. USB-C top left and right, USB-A bottom left, SD card bottom right. It seems like the issue has returned recently and it’s more likely to occur if the laptop has slept for a short amount of time.
I’ve updated to 3.17 tonight so will see if that makes any difference.
Upgrading to 3.17 seems to have fixed the problem for me.
