Framework 13 AMD Ryzen 7 laptop stopped powering up and charging

My Framework 13 AMD Ryzen 7 laptop suddenly stopped working. It is not charging (the LED is not turned on when connected to charger) and laptop is not booting up either.

Is it a motherboard issue or battery issue?

I purchased the laptop in February this year. Can this be exchanged or returned?
