I know that the Framework 13 mainboard supports touchscreen even though the display sent with it doesn’t, does the mainboard support any styluses? I’m working on a homemade 2in1 laptop and due to availability, price, and information out there I would much rather use the Framework 13 mainboard than the 12’s.

The maybe and yes* part. Only with enough effort and skill, for those that want a challenge. But honestly not worth the effort for most people.

The mainboard-side connector has touchscreen pins, both i2c and usb options. But getting to those pins is not straightforward. And no one has done it as yet afaik, outside of one doing some testing.
The good news, some touchscreens seem to be usb, with the touch usb on a seperate cable. With that you have multiple places you could connect it. FWL13 fingerprint and webcam are both extra sources of usb.
