Framework 13 Ryzen AI 7 350 - USB issues (right side expansions)

Recently acquired Framework 13 Ryzen AI 7 350 system and started using it as a daily driver.

Setup:

Ryzen 7 350
Crucial 64GB DDR5-5600 (2 x 32GB)
SK Hynix P41 2TB
Intel AX210 WiFI
Expansion slots:
Left Upper -> USB-C
Left Lower -> USB-C
Right Upper -> USB-A
Right Lower -> USB-A

Charger:
Lenovo 65W USB-C (PD)

OS tested: Windows 11 and Ubuntu 24.04

Issues:

After about an hour of use and being plugged in, the right side USB-A slots just stop working, full stop. No USB sticks that I plugin get detected. I have to power off the system and re-insert the expansion cards for it to work.

Faulty design?

Contact support and work with them to identify if it is a hardware issue or a BIOS issue. Could just be something corrupt in the BIOS but might be indicative of something hardware wise that passed QC and has just not held up.
