USB-A Extension stops working after shutdown until i unplug and plug back in

Hi to all i have got my framework last week. But im having this issue and its making me crazy. I use my laptop as usual then i power off. When i power back on the port completely stops working. my mouse is dead and i need to pull up my laptop and re-plug the expansion and since im connected to a monitor and using it mostly in clamshell mode it is annoying me.

How can i debug this issue, should i create a ticker ? it also happend when i chaanged its port from right-down to right-upper port.

edit: i searched through forums and many users have the same issue. on this thread users still reportingh the same issue but its marked as solved. These kind of issues should not appear on a device that is brand new and i think enough time have passed for framework team to solve these kind of issues. i bought this laptop because it fits my need and gives me peace of mind knowing i can repair everything but im starting to regret that choice with these little issues popping up (i got a fitting problem with my rams on slot 1,solved it by removing sticker but its annoying because its sodimm ram so framework should support it out of the box).

Fedora 43 default installation secure boot on nothing is changed on my system. Ryzen ai 5 340
