Do you have Bitlocker enabled? Are you authenticating with Windows Hello? These seem to be min requirements. Also, check policies
You may want to read this thread as it has some applicability to all Copilot+ PCs. There’s plenty of ambiguity around what a Copilot+ PC is exactly - does it HAVE to have a bult in camera and/or fingerprint scanner for example? Another question is whether Framework has to develop specific drivers to enable Copilot+ features? And the last point is about the rollout schedule for each of the Copilot+ tools something that is happening by region and processor type.
I don’t have Recall, but I don’t use Bitlocker. I can use other tools like Paint cocreator and Click to Do which are both Copilot+ tools (apparently)
