After putting a fresh drive in my laptop and freshly installing windows 11 I keep running into the same issue. The ethernet expansion card just doesn’t work, in any port of the device. The lights on the adapter will show, it shows up in windows, the driver is up to date (at least with the one provided in the latest framework driver package). I had further tried to download the latest drivers from the Realtek website with no success of the card working.
Sometimes ill disable my wifi, and the card still wont work, until I go into the windows troubleshooter, and force it to fix the ethernet driver. This will get it to work for a bit until it doesn’t and as soon as the device is shut down, restarted or I disconnect the ethernet it wont work again.

The Ethernet adapter will just keep saying (no internet) DCHP is enabled, this is super frustrating as I use the Ethernet adapter very often to copy large files from a NAS
