We’re looking for a new Community Escalations Specialist to join the Framework team! 
In this role, you’ll help keep our community platforms running smoothly by identifying issues, working with our volunteer mods, and collaborating across teams to improve the overall customer experience. You’ll also advocate for users by surfacing trends and helping shape how we support the community as we grow.
