Framework Laptop 13 AMD 7040 Windows 11 Not Recognizing External Monitor via HDMI

Framework Laptop 13 AMD Ryzen 7040
Windows 11 Home

Laptop not connecting to or recognizing external display via HDMI port. I am sure that the HDMI card is in the correct slot as I have double checked it and it has been working up until today.

Things I have tried:

  • Different HDMI cable - I tried two cables on my main external monitor via the HDMI port and nothing was recognized.
  • Different Monitor - I tried my computer on a different monitor and it isn’t recognized. Both monitors turn on and recognize a different computer but when mine is plugged in there is ‘No Signal’.
  • Changed the location of the HDMI port on my computer - Swapped out the HDMI port into a different slot and nothing changed.
  • Already running the most up-to-date version of Windows 11, no updates available.
  • BIOS is up-to-date.
  • Tried reinstalling the most up-to-date Drivers and this didn’t make a difference.
  • Rebooted PC and this didn’t make a difference.

I checked several threads on the issue but none of the recommended steps have resolved my issue. Is there anything else I can try to determine where the fault is and fix it?
