To anybody that has stumbled on this thread by accident or through a search engine: DO NOT upgrade to BIOS 3.20 unless you want a random non-zero chance of having your laptop bricked.

Afaik all the bricks I’ve read about come from upgrading from 3.18 → 3.20. Do we have any people who upgraded from 3.19 and bricked? And second, some people in the forum found ways to unbrick the device and retry the upgrade. I was successful from 3.19 → 3.20.
