A couple weeks ago, My framework laptop 16 running linux mint started to not boot. I tried multiple fixes such as resetting the ram, restarting the motherboard, and nothing happened other than the power button lighting up, and the fans starting to go for about a second. I then attached it to an external display, which outputted a top down image of a framework laptop with a qr code in the corner partly cut off (picture shown below) and no matter what i do, i cannot reveal the full qr code. My computer is no more than a paperweight at this point, Please help!
The QR code is probably pointing towards a knowledgebase article. On the top of the display it shows battery at 5% not charging. Since the computer can still output image it has the ability to boot. I suggest removing the battery and booting again, the battery might be faulty.
