FW 13 freeze after upgrading firmware to 0.0.3.17

I’m on a FW 13 AMD R5 7640U, 32GB, Ubuntu 25.10, kernel version 6.18.1.

After upgrading the firmware to 0.0.3.17 I immediately noticed stuttery Bluetooth mouse behavior, and then frequent freezes requiring power off / power on (like, every few minutes). Luckily, it was easy to downgrade to 0.0.3.16 and the problem disappeared. Just to signal if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.

I’m also experiencing random restarts, no errors, just an immediate power cycle/restart when I’m working on the laptop. This only started occurring after updating to the latest BIOS. Not sure where to even start troubleshooting because there’s NO LOGS.
