Greetings! I have a Framework 13 with an Ultra Series CPU, running Win 11. BIOS is updated to version 3.05. I am having issues with the drivers, I installed the appropriate driver bundle (Ultra Series v1.01) and I can tell that some of them have worked properly as my trackpad is now happily left-clicking successfully, but my wireless situation is not functioning correctly. The system tray shows no option for Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. In Device Manager, Generic Bluetooth Adapter has an error reading “Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)” and the Network Controller has an error reading “The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) There are no compatible drivers for this device”.
I have run the bundle installer multiple times, restarted the PC, and re-seated the wireless card. I haven’t yet discovered a relevant FW support article. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
