The Lenovo Percision Pen 2 ships in AES mode by default, it does not support USI mode. To switch the pen to MPP mode you have to hold both buttons down for 25 seconds.
I had this same issue myself, as did others here on the forum
Also, if you haven’t seen it yet, they just stocked the official pens
