Lenovo Digital Pen 3 stylus (MPP 2.0) compatibility

Before the Framework Stylus became available, I purchased a Lenovo Digital Pen 3.

However, I am still not able to get it to work with my Framework Laptop (12), at all.

Does anyone have a suggestion or tutorial how I can check if the issue is with my Framework laptop or if the Lenovo Digital Pen 3 is defective?

I am on the most current BIOS version (03.07) and MPP 2.0 is activated there.

Make sure you charge the pen to 100%. Somehow this fixed it for me.

Thank you. Unfortunately the pen is not charge-able? It uses a rather unconventional AAAA battery, of which I will first have to buy a replacement / spare.

Ah sorry, I think I have a different Lenovo stylus.

If it is similar in design to the Microsoft pen that uses the same AAAA battery is is notoriously sensitive to static electricity.

We have had a number of them enter the round file usually from staff who not as gentle with an active stylus as they should have been.
