There has been no update since the release of the Pro or the touchscreen but from my understanding the pinout listed there wouldn’t be compatible with a touchscreen, so I assume the new official touchscreen must have a different pinout and updated cable (which comes with the new display)?
If so, I hope the new pinout can be provided (officially or if any tinkerers with one of the new displays felt like undergoing the incredibly tedious task of checking it ) and that the new eDP cables end up in the marketplace before long (the only eDP cable listing shows compatibility with FW13 standard, not 13 Pro).
Mostly asking as I have some project ideas that involve hooking up generic eDP touchscreens to to a FW13 mainboard, and if the new cable that comes with the official touchscreens has a common touch eDP pinout, it would make those projects much more viable. (Man I really wish eDP pinouts were more standardized )
I would bet on the backwards-compatibility portion of Framework org’s goals that it’s the same and I believe it’s a standard eDP connector which has always had USB lines for a touch-sensitive digitizer.
Admittedly, I have no way to confirm this or a plan to verify for myself. I’d like confirmation from people who already know, too.

For display panels that have no touchscreen feature, there are no touchscreen pins.
There are no real standards for display panel pinouts, so often special cables and dc level shifters are needed before connecting other display panels.
The new cables have the same video pinout as the earlier versions. The only addition is the I2C pins for the touchscreen, which are listed on the earlier version pinout as they have always been there to allow for a touchscreen later on.
OP is asking for the eDP pinout (as in display side), not the mainboard side. Clearly the board side remained the same, otherwise the product page wouldn’t state backwards compatibility.
There is no room for additional pins on eDP 40-pin with 4 lanes (that would be 2-lane with touch), so the panel side is likely a different pinout, maybe eDP 50-pin?
