How do I get my distro to detect ALL of my speakers and use them? The one speaker that IS being used is so quiet; it outputs normal sound volume even at 100%.
On my batch1 7040 series FW16 both integrated speakers work fine running 7.0.11-arch-1 and pipewire 1:1.6.6-1 in GNOME.
Have you seen the audio section in the Framework Laptop 16 article on Archwiki ?
Are you sure this isn’t a physical connection issue? That’s what it sound like to me. I never had this issue on Arch.
I finally managed to get it to use both speakers. It was only after updating archlinux overall. I’m not sure why it only used one speaker in the first place, but now I’m glad I’m past that hurdle.
