hello, i have a big problem with my framework 16 i have a AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS w/ Radeon 780M Graphics with a AMD RX 7700S GPU and when i start playing a game the gpu crash and my pc restart then the gpu disable itself and to use it again i have to restart the pc. Sometime it dose’nt happen and it work fine but its really annoying when it happens
i tried removing the gpu and cleaning it but it did nothing
please help me please
It might be a driver issue. I think people are suggesting the drivers from AMD over Framwork’s right now. Also, what OS are you running.
hello im using windows 11 and i think i noticed the issue, because when i play a game with the charger plugged in it make my gpu crash but i want to fix this cuz the battery drains quickly when i dont play with the charger plugged
