I just got my desktop with the handle. I got it installed per the instructions but it’s a bit wiggly. I see that they changed the design as well. Has anyone got it installed and have it not wiggle?
ok, before you install the handle, twist the “twisties” (lol, don’t know what they are called) all the way up, then put the handle on the top cover to install normally. if you start with the “twisties” somewhere in the middle, you’ll get the wiggle.
i had the same issue, and i fixed it as described above.

Thank you, I did that the first time but it was still quite wiggly (although I knew it wasn’t falling off). I re-seated it a couple more times and it is much firmer now but still not as firm as I was expecting. Might just be how the design is? Is yours completely firm?
there’s a tiny bit of wiggle, for sure. it hasn’t bothered me much even though it’s somewhat noticeable when handling the case. a zero-wiggle handle would be perfect.
