HDMI not working

I have the HDMI card on the left side along with the charging card, and the two USB-A cards are both on the right side.

It was able to output to the Samsung TV yesterday, but now it doesn’t work. I tried a different cable, tried selecting “extend” instead of “duplicate” but it simply can’t output anything to the TV. When I plug the cable in, Windows doesn’t make the “connect/disconnect a device” sound effect either.

If you have another device to test the card with, that could help you determine if the issue is with the card or the laptop itself. You could also try the other 3 ports to see if you have a bad port on your mainboard. You may just want to contact support to see if they can help you resolve it.
