I’m trying to find more information about shipping and delivery times. I poked around the storefront website, and the forums, but I couldn’t find anything. I was under the impression the Framework works like most other online retail places, where each order is processed and shipped individually, but I’ve seen some references to “batch” numbers with regards to shipments, and I’m not sure what that means.
What is the standard workflow for the shipping process? What is the general timeframe that I should expect updates and/or delivery? Where can I find this information?
I ordered a diy Framework 16, shipping to the US, a few days ago and I’ve not had any updates yet, if that helps.
