Idle power draw from non USB-C expansion cards on AMD motherboards

Hi!

I am planning on buying an AMD framework laptop with 2 x USB-C, 1 x USB-A and 1 x micro SD expansion cards.

Based on Expansion Card Functionality on Framework Laptop 13 (AMD Ryzen™ 7040 Series), I should only plug in USB-C expansion cards in the back.

When plugged in the front, do the USB-A and micro SD cards have any noticeable power draw when the laptop is in use but the expansion cards are empty? i.e. is the idle power draw of the expansion cards expected to be < 0.1W?

Thanks!

Sorry I meant prioritizing USB-C in the back slots over non USB-C, I understand they can be plugged in the front as well.

I tested the power draw of USB-A cards With a USB meter.
