I need my framework 12 for school, which is in Batch 9 within the next two weeks at the latest. Although I could wait longer, but if it won’t be here relatively soon ill have to cancel and get a mac. I JUST REALLY, REALLY WANT THIS AND DID MANUAL LABOR ALL SUMMER TO SAVE FOR IT.

Have you got any alternatives to sort of tide you over until you get it? There’s a chance it won’t be until mid September (could be later?) that batch 9 people start getting their orders
I’m also using mine for school but I’m in batch 8 so I suppose we’re in similar situations here? Hope it works out for you
Well we’re currently 7 daya out from batch 6 wich they promised would be done by the sned of august. If we assume the last week was almost entirely dedicated to batch 6, batch 7 might have arivals the first few days of september and depending on rollout september’s 2nd week could be the earliest members of batch 9 getting payment confirmation. Hopefully that works for you (or even better we get 4 day back to back rollous like 3-5) but if not you might try finding a good deal on an alternative to be prepared for your classes
I’m also batch 9 and all my pre-order says is ‘Batch 9 - Ships Q3’, which logically means before the end of Sept….
but….
As @QuackersTheSquishy says, batch 7 haven’t received their notifications yet, so assuming a week a batch at absolute best case that’s just around three weeks from now for batch 9 arriving on doorsteps, but I reckon the good @QuackersTheSquishy is right and it’ll be mid sept.

Careful, you only know when batches start to ship. All previous products since the FL13 AMD have had batches start at around 6-7 days interval, but can take up to three weeks to fully ship a batch. With the FL16 there were as many as 4 batches being shipped simultaneously. Exactly when your item ships will depend on what options you selected, what items they have in manufacturing to fill those options, and how they manage to batch manufacture the stock to fill those options.
Yes that’s why I brought up with the fw12 when already they have had 3 batches simutanously before saying what I think is a fairly reasonable guess based on previous devices and this one so far
Yeah sorry but based on what was said already and other batch threads, Batch 9 isn’t coming in until at least mid september, and shipping has varied for a lot of people i’ve noticed as well.
If you really want a FW, you could try using school or public library computers for a couple weeks until late-September when they should most likely come in, sometimes schools and libraries let you rent out laptops if all you need is note taking in-class. The viability of that sort of depends on a lot of circumstances, like your courses, apps you need for class, transportation maybe, etc. But just options to consider.
