There was a lot of excitement when the Framework Chromebook came out. There were promo and review videos. I bought one and have had almost no complains with it. It seems to be the only chromebook which can upgraded to 64 gigs of RAM. The only complain I have is that the battery life is not great and that I can’t play any decent steam games because of the weak integrated GPU.
I have it mostly plugged in and use it with a bigger monitor, so the poor battery life doesn’t affect me as much.
Are there any plans to refresh the mainboard with Intel Raptor Lake or Meteor Lake or AMD Phoenix 7040 or Strix Point 8040 series? Are there any plans for a 16 inch version?
