Plan on gaming using a eGPU, was wondering if we can upgrade the screens resolution and refresh rate later on.
The point of the Framework laptop is to be upgradable. This includes the screen. Look at how easy it is to replace the panel.
So yes, I would imagine that a screen update that brings different resolutions, touch, or pen input are all possible, and most likely even planned.
