Issues with Video Streaming and Processing Power

I am running a Framework 13 with an Intel Ultra 7 and Fedora 43 as my operating system, currently fully up to date.

Ever since I got this machine, it has struggled a ton to do anything related to video streaming - especially video conferencing. Zoom (both desktop app and browser version) makes my fans kick up to max speed in a way that I can only replicate by running loads of Docker containers, and today a Google Meet call in the browser used up all 32GB of RAM and fully crashed everything on my system.

Any ideas where I might begin troubleshooting this? I’m worried that repeated overheating might cause some long-term issues that I’d prefer to stay clear from. Any and all help is much appreciated - thanks!
