I just took delivery of the Framework 13 AMD on Friday. So far it has been performing very well. My only issue that I see is that the keyboard backlight appears to be uneven accross the keys. Is this normal for the Framework 13? I have attached a photo trying to capture what is looks like for my keyboard. The keys in the center appear to be more dim then the outer keys.
That does not seem normal. I would reach out to Support if you have not already done so. You might try making sure that all of the cables are fully attached, but it seems like that would be a longshot for causing this. Hopefully you are able to get things resolved quickly. They may have to swap the input cover for you. Best of luck.
