My framework’s keyboard is not responding and the power button LED no longer works. This happened when I turned it on after it was shut. The LED come on for a second then went off. However the rest of the laptop works as normal.

Must be the connection to the mainboard? If everything else works. I would check to see if the cable is connected well! Otherwise contact support if you can’t find a solution!

The issue randomly fixed itself. Possibly a software issue with Windows 11

Hi @Triston_Whitescarver. We suggest updating to BIOS v3.07 and if you are using Windows OS please update the drivers which fixed common issues. You can download through this link : Framework Laptop BIOS and Driver Releases
