Keyboard powered off on resume

NixOS Unstable, kernel 6.13.0, Plasma 6.2.5, BIOS 0.0.3.5

Hi, I recently updated to kernel 6.13.0 which allowed me to use hybrid sleep when I close my laptop lid instead of hibernate. If I wake up the laptop after a few hours, it seems to resume from hibernation. More often than not, my keyboard works in GRUB, but upon reaching SDDM, it turns off. Caps lock doesn’t work, the fingerprint sensor doesn’t work, none of the keys work. The touchpad and power button are the only things still functional. I’ve tried taking the input modules off and putting them back on again and hibernating or sleeping again. Any pointers?

Ok, seems the issue has gotten worse. I updated after sending that post, but I’m not sure if this is new behaviour.

I noticed the keyboard wasn’t working, so I plugged in my external keyboard. Neither of the USB ports are powered. Turns out Bluetooth is not only off, but the adapter isn’t recognised in KDE, as well. I don’t think this happened after a resume - I think it happened when I unplugged the laptop from power while using it. I was watching YouTube, so I didn’t notice, but I think it had to have happened then as I did manage to unlock the laptop before, and navigate to YT.
