Laptop 16 start but the screen remains black

Hello,
I’m having an issue with my laptop 16 (Ryzen™ AI 9 HX 370 purchased last month), the screen stopped working a few days ago.

The screen stays black at startup, though I can hear the Windows11 startup sound, so the laptop is booting, but the screen isn’t working.

I disassembled the screen, unplugged the connectors, and plugged them back in. I did the same with the RAM.
I also tried disconnecting and reconnecting the battery.
But nothing works; the screen remains completely black.

I also launched the BIOS and waited 20 seconds to get the diagnostic light sequence on the side of the laptop; I got 1 white flash followed by 11 green flashes and 1 red flash.
That 12th flash apparently corresponds to “Internal display initialized,” meaning the display is failing to initialize.

Have you ever encountered this problem, and do you have a solution?
