LG Ultrafine 5k shows a blank screen, but webcam and speakers work with new Framework 13

I have a new Framwork 13 with AMD Rzyen AI 5 340 processor with Windows 11
48 gigs RAM

I have an LG 27MD5KL monitor with a webcam. It’s an amazing monitor, but the screen is not working with my Framework (webcam and speakers do work), but the screen, webcam, and speakers work with my Macbook Air M1.

When I go into the display settings, the monitor is not detected, but the webcam and speakers are. It’s all one USB-C cables so I’m confused and understanding what I’m missing.

I used the Macbook to make sure the monitor is updated through LG Screen Monitor app. The windows version of the LG app doesn’t detect the monitor.
