Linux docking recommendations (after Thunderbolt dock problems)

I have a Framework 13 intel 12th gen with Debian 12 and this is probably in part a Thunderbolt <> Linux problem but I run into considerable issues when docking to a Lenovo ThinkPad Universal Thunderbolt 4 Dock both during use and with sleep. The problem during use is that the connection to the dock is frequently lost, as if the cable was unplugged and with sleep the laptop frequently won’t resume.

I have no problem docking to USB-C monitors.

So I’m wondering if anyone has a solid docks to recommend. Ideally with at least two display out and networking that you know works well with this Framework laptop configuration and Linux (does not have to be Debian).

I have been very happy with my Caldigit TS3 and TS4 with my 13" AMD FW. Although haven’t tested with multiple monitors (only have one).

Everything has worked (2.5gbe ethernet, usb-ports). I run Aurora (Fedora Atomic custom image) with a 6.12.10 kernel currently.
