I really just want to be able to grab my laptop, drop it in with the lid closed, and have it connect to my monitors and any other accessories I have attached. Has anyone accomplished this? I have access to a bambu labs printer.
That is a nice idea, but i don’t think it would work with the current FW16.
But, to make progress:
- create a usb-c slot card that instead pf having the connector on the side, have it out the bottom using some sort of dock connector.
- somehow put a power on/off on the side.
The main problem will be the air flow. It needs the display open for the air flow.

I can confirm that the top-airflow is needed for heavy load
