LPDDR5-5200 vs DDR4-3200 on Intel 12. Gen Alder Lake

The Dell XPS Plus i7-1260P comes with LPDDR5 memory. Does Framework’s i7-1280P variant support LPDDR5 memory?

While the processor Framework uses will support LPDDR5, there is none on the mainboards they sell, as it wouldn’t be upgradable/repairable for anyone but some soldering specialists.

LPDDR5 memory has to be soldered on. Which is kinda against Framework’s design philosophy.

Also even though the processor supports it. There is no DDR5 support on the new boards. Framework decided against it right now after looking at availability and cost from what I understand.
