My touchpad is not working after dropping my laptop. I believe this is a hardware issue. The keyboard works fine, the touchpad makes a clicking sound/vibration, but it doesn’t work. I would like some help figuring out which part to replace.
Some background information: at first, the keyboard had some keys that were not working, so I unconnected the input cover to the main board. I might have damaged the connector band during that process.
I’m running linux, this is the intel 11th gen framework laptop 13.
