Okay that’s the same version I have. Meditatek is pretty active with updating their drivers so it’s good to keep linux-firmware (which I believe auto installs and updates linux-firmware-mediatek also) updated.

I’m pretty sure I found the issue for the MT7921 and running though doing some tests, but if you can this would help me a ton so I can verify that I’m fixing the same issue. This will dump the kernel log of relevant lines for me for a previous boot if you were forced to reboot: journalctl -b -1 -k | grep -E "mt76|mt792|wifi|deadlock|lockdep|BUG|stuck" > mt7921-deadlock.log And if you have a terminal open during the deadlock of the same boot this will work: sudo dmesg | grep -E "mt76|mt7…
